The property is a 45 mins drive both from Malaga (airport and city) and Nerja. With
several beautiful villages and towns on the Costa del Sol. Valle de la Luna is part of
Cútar and is an equal distance from Benamargosa and Riogordo. Both these villages
offer you all the necessities, such as butcher, bakers and green grocers, as well as
banks, cafes and restaurants. Benamargosa also has a 24/7 medical centre. Both
villages take part in all the regional festivals such as ferias, and fiestas and the Easter
and Christmas parades, which are great tourist attractions. A five-minute drive and you
will find our local café/restaurant Casa Ortega, which has a typical Spanish kitchen.
Comares is a 25-minute drive, a beautiful old Moorish village sitting on the top of a hill,
overlooking the valley. A beautiful village, with all sorts of attractions. In the other
direction you will find a blue reservoir/lake with three restaurants sitting on its shores
offering varied and superb menu, and great views over the lake. On the lake itself, there
are two companies offering water sports. Torre del Mar (a 30 mins drive) is the nearest
town, with a beach, which is still partly a typical Spanish town, with the largest
promenade for those evening walks. The position of this villa offers your guests the
tranquillity and privacy difficult to find in this busy world whilst at the same time being
in driving distance to Granada, Rhonda, Sierra Nevada, Malaga many beautiful nature
reserves, also offering you beautiful walks around the villa, both on foot as well as on
horseback. Valle de la Luna has been on the books with Homeaway, AirB&B and other
rental companies over the past 12 years, and has been booked successfully with
couples, groups and three generation families, where the summer season has always
been fully booked, and for the past 4 years with repeat business.
Services such as water and electricity are connected. Gas bottles are used for the
cooker and the BBQ.

The valued price is 525.000 Euros. However, I am looking for a quick sale due to family
